Detailed scopes are available for these training courses, which can be presented as public courses as well as customised to be presented In-house at client sites.

REMOTE ONLINE TRAINING OPTION

Training can be presented online via MS Teams or Zoom Platform. Attendees will be required to login from their own personal computer and participate in training. Training material is couriered to client prior to training at least 1 week in advance (subject to PO being received timeously), and client will be responsible to ensure that the training material is distributed to the identified participants prior to the training.

Implex Training Attendance and Participation Protocol for Online/Remote Training

Facilitator will regarding attendance and participation on the online platform implement the following protocol and issue a declaration of confirmation at the end of each training session (to form part of the Portfolio of Evidence):

  1. Attendance of all participants is verified each day at commencement of the session, as applicable.
  2. Attendee presence is verified after every break.
  3. Attendee participation is guaranteed through question-and-answer sessions after each module of the scheduled work is completed and by random questions posed to participants during each session.
  4. Attendees participate in a roundup session at the end of each day, to discuss the work covered on the day and their understanding thereof.
  5. The attendance and participation protocol is discussed with attendees at the start of the training.

CERTIFICATE OPTIONS

OPTION 1: HAS ATTENDED CERTIFICATE

Once workshop has been completed, and attendance registers verifies that Attendee has attend the full workshop, a has attended certificate will be issued.

OPTION 2: HAS MET THE REQUIREMENTS CERTICIFATE

Post the workshop attendees will be given access to an online assessment to be completed within a predetermined timeframe after attending the workshop, not more than 1 week; on the workshop content, to evaluate the understanding of the topics covered during the workshop, with a required 60% pass rate (or as otherwise set by the employer) for a “has met the requirements” certificate to be issued.
